You are already one step closer to freedom
Talking with a counselor can feel humbling or scary but something has got to change.
Maybe you’ve been reading self-help books but can’t seem to implement the changes you’re seeking on your own. Perhaps you’ve talked to friends or family but wonder if they can really offer you an unbiased response to what you’re feeling.
Sometimes knowing something has to change makes us even more stressed, tired and overwhelmed. If that’s the case, I invite you to schedule a free, 30-minute consult via my online scheduler (located on the bottom right hand corner of this website). We can talk by phone or in-person at my office.
If you decide to take the next step and schedule a full hour appointment, I’ll guide you in the steps you can take to feel more clear, empowered and focused.
Possible goals or outcomes might include:
set clear boundaries with friends and family
let go of negative thoughts
process grief a loss
heal from trauma
decrease stress or anxiety
increase your self-esteem
explore trust issues
work through family struggles
find your ideal love relationship
learn how to receive the love you want
My goal is to help you live from a place of CLARITY so you can…
- Be at ease with yourself, your decisions and those you love.
- Learn to enjoy YOU TIME where you reclaim the gifts, talents and life passion you were born with.
- Challenge old stories or thoughts when they come up and choose a different positive thought instead.
What you can count on from me…
- Guidance from a ‘success partner’ whose role is to provoke you deeply.
- A powerful trio of skills: intuition, presence and curiosity.
- The ability to honor your needs and respect your values.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
I offer a 30 minute complimentary session to clarify your goals and needs. This can be done in person or by phone.
During that time you can 1) decide if we are a match, 2) schedule a session, or 3) continue with an additional 60 minute session.
I am happy to offer referrals at no charge. The chemistry between people is important and I want the best for you.
Samantha* felt like no one really understood her or cared for her like she wanted them to. Then she had a stunning realization: She was so ‘in-control’ that she’d become unlovable and unable to receive love and help from others. Just four sessions later, Samantha pinpointed what triggers kept her from opening up to others and learned how to receive exactly what she’d needed from her family and friends.
I celebrate myself, and sing myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
for every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.
~ Walt Whitman
